Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required at all levels.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Staff: four years of relevant experience; Senior: nine years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead design engineer, project engineer, or project manager on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Review external engineering plans and development proposals.
• Prepare memorandums, regulatory reports, and engineering studies.
• Provide technical reviews and prioritize work for operations stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with crews, contractors, regulators, and City of Eugene.
• Construct management including site visits, change orders, meetings, RFIs, and budget coordination.
