The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) seeks a Hydroelectric Generation Supervisor to lead the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of the Leaburg-Walterville Hydroelectric Project. Qualificações

• Eight years of progressively responsible work experience in a directly related field including five years in operations, maintenance and/or capital improvement program implementation for electric generating facilities, and four years of direct supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial operations, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Oregon driver license required within 30 days of hire.
• Post offer background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, reliable operation and maintenance of the Leaburg-Walterville Hydroelectric Project.
• Supervise Hydroelectric Plant Technicians/Operators and support staff.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, compliance and other specialty staff.
• Oversee the department’s O&M budget and participate in emergency response planning.
• Serve as Operations Chief within EWEB’s Incident Command System for Leaburg-Walterville events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across all assets.
