Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a full-service hotel.

• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning products, and health & safety standards.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and staff scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping team members.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas for standards compliance.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance for seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Prepare and manage department budgets, payroll, and reports.
• Implement safety, policies, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead daily briefing and communicate effectively with staff.
