Job summary

Hireology is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping department in a hotel setting, ensuring attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous service and a clean environment for guests. The role emphasizes supervising staff, managing schedules, and controlling expenses while maintaining AFP Management standards.

The position requires 3+ years in a hotel or related field, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Windows-based tools.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets/word processing.

Responsibilities

• Approach guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel standards.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming and wear proper uniform.
• Respond to guests’ requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents promptly and courteously.
• Balance and clear room status nightly; resolve discrepancies with PMS reports.
• Manage and organize large turnover days including group check-ins/outs.
• Prepare employee schedules based on forecast, payroll budgets, and productivity needs.
• Ensure compliance with AFP Management SOPs and policies.
