Job summary

The Service Companies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and develop a team of housekeeping staff. The role focuses on ensuring rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and guest satisfaction is maintained across shifts.

This permanent, full-time position offers hands-on coaching, safety and sanitation compliance, and opportunities for growth within the company.|

Qualifications

Must meet company and client's appearance standards.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs of weight on a consistent basis.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities.
Knowledge of e-mail, MS-Word.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
One-year prior housekeeping, cleaning or customer service supervisory experience.
High School education or GED.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned on each shift by assigned employees.
Inspects guest rooms to ensure quality standards are met.
Assists cleaning rooms when needed.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to team members, promoting professional growth and accountability.
Partner with hotel operations and management to address guest needs, resolve service issues, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, sanitation requirements, and company policies to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
