Neiman Marcus in New York seeks a Restaurant Host to warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will monitor service flow, assist with reservations via OpenTable, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

You will contribute to smooth operations by coordinating seating, supporting servers, and following established procedures while upholding hygiene and safety standards; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of OpenTable platform.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.

• Ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties at the same time.

• Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds.

Mansioni

• Greet and seat customers at the host stand.
• Monitor server performance to ensure smooth service.
• Observe telephone etiquette and handle reservations via OpenTable.
• Organize reservations and maximize seating during operating hours.
• Maintain knowledge of POS system and payment procedures.
