The candidate will mentor staff, partner with the Golf Course Superintendent, and focus on member satisfaction and program growth, preserving club traditions while embracing modern instruction and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in golf management.
• PGA Class A Certification required or actively pursuing.
• Experience in private club leadership and member service.

Responsibilities

• Lead instruction, clinics, player development, and club fitting with modern teaching tools.
• Oversee tee-sheet management, tournaments, pace of play and outside services.
• Manage Golf Shop operations, merchandising, and budget in partnership with GM.
• Mentor assistant professionals and seasonal staff; ensure exceptional member service.
