Exeter Country Club in Exeter, NH, seeks a Head Golf Professional to lead our 9-hole private club with a hands-on, member-centric approach. The role focuses on member service, instruction, events, and day-to-day pro shop operations to foster a welcoming, high-quality club experience.

The position requires PGA/LPGA Class-A certification, 5+ years at a private club, and strong communication, leadership, and junior/family programming capabilities.

Qualifications

• PGA/LPGA Class-A certification in good standing or active track.
• 5+ years as Head Golf Professional or Senior Assistant in private/member-owned clubs.
• Strong knowledge of USGA Rules of Golf.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily pro shop operations and inventory.
• Plan and run member tournaments and events.
• Oversee tee sheet flow and pace of play.
• Coordinate with maintenance and F&B for events.
• Provide hands-on service and club operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Maintain strong member relationships and communications.
