Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club in Palo Alto, CA, seeks an experienced Head Golf Professional to lead the golf department, deliver exceptional member experiences, and uphold operational excellence. This senior role oversees operations, instruction, merchandising, and staff development while maintaining a welcoming, professional culture.

The Head Golf Professional will collaborate with the Director of Golf, manage daily golf operations, and drive programming and events for members and guests.

Qualifications

• PGA Class A member in good standing is required; Master designation preferred.
• Minimum five years in progressive golf operations leadership at a premier facility.
• Strong customer service, leadership, training and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily golf operations and member services for a premium private club.
• Oversee tournaments, instruction, merchandising, and staff development.
• Collaborate with Director of Golf to ensure consistent Club standards.
