Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Rio Verde, Arizona, is seeking a Guest Service Professional to support daily guest services on the golf course, including tournament setup, equipment rental, and player assistance. This full-time role reports to the Guest Service Supervisor or Head Golf Professional.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the club values to guests and team.
• Provide course condition information to staff and guests.
• Maintain smooth, safe guest service operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to concerns.
• Manage rental equipment, carts, and storage.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns.
• Greet players and assist at the first tee; load clubs.
• Assist in tournament operations and facility hosting.
