Job summary

Antelope Hills Golf Club in Prescott, AZ, affiliated with Troon, seeks a Full-Time Head Golf Professional to lead golf operations and staff. You will manage tournaments, tee sheets, shop, and range operations while delivering member and guest instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees golf operations including tournaments, rules, tee sheet activity, merchandise inventory, range operations, player service, cart fleet.
• Assists in budget development and tracking; helps control expenses related to revenues.
• Provides leadership and training to golf staff; interviews, hires, and develops associates.
• Delivers golf instruction through lessons and clinics to members and guests.
