Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and develop the athletic program and team activities.
• Provide instruction and leadership to student-athletes; develop teamwork and character.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Hire and evaluate assistant coaches.
• Ensure compliance with national affiliations and regulations.
• Monitor academic progress and support student-athlete success.
• Support marketing and promotion of the athletics department.
• Recruit academically and athletically qualified students.
