Qualifications

• Experience with competition/success at the state level is desired.
• Complete online application including a resume and 3 letters of reference.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students to ensure each child reaches his/her full potential.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach softball to students, developing fundamentals and techniques.
• Develop and maintain a strong softball program and competitive drive.
• Motivate student-athletes to excel on the court and in the classroom.
• Communicate with administration, staff, students, boosters, and other stakeholders.
• Support conditioning and supervision before, during, and after practices/matches.
