Qualifications
Minimum of four or more years of relevant experience.
Experience supervising staff.
Ability to interact verbally in person, over the telephone, and via written and electronic media.
Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of the ACHA DII program including recruiting and coaching student-athletes.
Supervises Assistant Coaches and ensures compliance with all applicable rules.
Recruits and retains quality student-athletes and works with admissions to meet squad size goals.
