Job summary

Lagree Luxe is seeking an Operations Manager / Head Coach to lead class delivery and studio operations across four studios. You will drive the client experience with a welcoming approach while developing the coaching team.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews, and partner with the owner on hiring and growth initiatives. A strong fitness background, leadership, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness management or related experience.
• 2+ years of teaching fitness experience.
• Lagree Certified is a plus.
• Availability for full-time work during non-traditional hours.
• Ability to train, lead, motivate, and delegate to a team of instructors.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Head Coach & Team Development Leader: maintain a full schedule and develop coaches.
• Studio Operations: manage supplies, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety.
• Manage Client Experience: respond to inquiries, follow up with clients, and manage waitlists.
• Community Marketing: assist social media, run local promotions, and partnerships.
