Job summary

Fitness International LLC is seeking a Manager of Studio Operations and Programming to lead growth, operational excellence, and evolution of our studio businesses nationwide.

The role oversees programming, coach recruitment and development, and quality control across existing and future studio concepts, combining hands-on coaching with strategic leadership to deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience nationwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coaching experience in group fitness, HIIT, strength training, or similar coaching environments.
• Experience developing fitness programming, coaching standards, and class delivery systems.
• Proven success recruiting, onboarding, developing, and managing coaches, trainers, or fitness professionals.
• Strong operational management, project leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience creating systems, processes, and scalable business practices.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating standards, policies, and procedures for studio environments.
• Create systems that drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across all markets.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to utilization, member experience, coaching effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with field leadership teams to ensure successful execution at the club level.
