Job summary

CamFit is seeking a head coach to lead the coaching team, drive class quality, and own sales performance in a fast-paced Orangetheory Fitness studio. You will manage operations, nurture growth in memberships, and cultivate a culture that members and staff want to be part of.

You will report to the Regional Business Manager, oversee onboarding and training for coaches, and ensure safety, energy, and brand standards across all sessions.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certifications from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
• 2-3 years of coaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the coaching team and own sales performance.
• Manage studio operations, scheduling, and memberships.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting to Regional Business Manager.
• Develop and train coaches, onboarding, and performance conversations.
