Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple CamFit studios. You will drive regional sales, membership growth, and operational execution while certifying and developing coaches across the region.

Lead Studio Managers and Head Coaches, ensuring coaching quality, staff development, and adherence to Orangetheory standards. You will travel regionally to optimize performance and member experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership within Orangetheory Fitness or similar environments.
• Experience leading coaching teams and providing performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, membership metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Studio Managers and Head Coaches; establish clear accountability for coaching quality and member experience.
• Oversee coach certification, development plans, and readiness decisions region-wide.
• Drive regional performance in sales, membership growth, and operations.
• Partner with HR and leadership on performance management and staffing plans.
• Maintain brand standards and regional programming execution.
