Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Head Coach position at Camarillo Fitness LLC leads the studio’s fitness team, delivering high-energy coaching and fostering a welcoming community. You will manage staff schedules, deliver pre-designed workouts, and act as a visible studio leader who champions member engagement and fitness culture.

You will hire, train, and develop coaches, manage the class schedule, ensure cleanliness and organization, and drive member satisfaction while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved providers list.
• Must have current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment.
• 1–2 years of coaching in a boutique fitness studio required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, high energy, respectful OTF studio environment.
• Manage coaching staff schedule and performance.
• Hire, train, and educate new OTF coaches.
• Oversee class schedule and MBO system.
• Meet KPI targets for the fitness team.
• Engage with members and drive leads through events.
• Work 40 hours with 15–18 classes per week.
• Lead studio tours and sales with prospects.
• Participate in minimum of two OTF classes per week.
