Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Head Coach at Camarillo Fitness LLC leads the studio team, drives member engagement, and ensures a high-energy, respectful environment. You will manage coaching staff, schedule workouts, and maintain studio standards while representing the brand’s community-focused culture.

The role requires coaching experience, leadership ability, and a commitment to exceptional member experiences at the Cambridge-area studio.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved providers list.
• Must have CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment.
• 1–2 years of coaching in a boutique fitness studio required, Orangetheory preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, high energy OTF studio environment.
• Manage coaching staff schedule using the OTF business model.
• Hire, train, and educate new OTF coaches for success.
• Develop and evaluate performance of OTF coaches.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training floor.
• Oversee class schedules and the MBO system.
• Meet KPI targets for the fitness team.
• Communicate with members for follow-up and engagement.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and participate in mandatory trainings.
• Assist with studio tours/sales and community marketing events.
