D1 Training - Sandy Springs is seeking a Head Coach to own the coaching product end to end, including athletes, staff, retention, and the numbers behind it. You’ll run group sessions and 1:1 training, set energy and culture, and be the face members see and the reason they stay.

You’ll manage retention, upsell revenue, and the overall coaching operation, including KPIs, dashboards, and staff development. The role requires a strong data mindset, organizational discipline, and a proven coaching

Qualifications

• 3+ years coaching, personal training, or sports performance experience.
• Certification required: CSCS, NASM, USAW, or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certified, or willing to obtain before start.
• Prior experience in a gym, studio, or franchise environment strongly preferred.
• Comfort with TeamBuildr, a CRM/scheduling platform, and spreadsheets — or the ability to get comfortable fast.

Responsabilités

• Coaching group sessions and 1:1 personal training on the floor each week, setting energy and culture.
• Know members by name, goals, and progress; lead graduation check-ins.
• Own retention and upsell efforts; monitor engagement and prevent churn.
• Build and read dashboards; track attendance, retention, and revenue metrics.
• Hire, train, and develop coaching staff; manage coaching quality and professionalism.
