D1 Training is seeking a Fitness Operations Manager in Sandy Springs, GA. You will own coaching operations end-to-end, including athletes, staff, retention, and revenue, acting as the GM of the training floor with full accountability for outcomes.

The role rewards performance with a focus on data-driven decisions, KPI dashboards, and upsell opportunities, while leading a high-performing coaching team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coaching, personal training, or sports performance experience.
• CSCS, NASM, USAW, or equivalent certification.
• CPR/AED certified, or willing to obtain before start.
• Prior experience in a gym, studio, or franchise environment strongly preferred.
• Comfort with TeamBuildr, a CRM/scheduling platform, and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• The floor: coaching group sessions and 1:1 personal training weekly.
• Own retention, revenue growth, and KPI dashboards with data-driven decisions.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop the coaching staff.
• Maintain clean data, sharp processes, and well-run operations.
• Lead the coaching division as the HR and operations owner.
