Job summary

D1 Training in Dallas is seeking a Head Coach who owns the coaching product end to end. You will coach group and 1:1 sessions every week, set the energy and culture, and know every member’s name, goal, and progress. You’ll drive retention, upsell into premium packages, and own the dashboard and metrics behind the results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coaching, personal training, or sports performance experience.
• Fluency with data and KPI tracking.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach group sessions and 1:1 sessions weekly, setting energy, standard and culture.
• Know each member by name, goal, and progress; conduct graduation check-ins.
• Monitor retention and engagement; act to re-ups and upsell.
• Build dashboards and read metrics; own coaching product performance.
• Hire, train, and develop coaching staff; ensure coaching quality.
