D1 Sandy Springs is seeking a Fitness Operations Manager who owns the coaching product end to end — the athletes, the staff, the retention, the upsells, and the numbers behind all of it. Think of it as running your own division: you’re the GM of everything that happens on the training floor, and the scoreboard is yours.

We want a coach who loves the numbers as much as the whistle. If a clean KPI dashboard and full re‑up pipeline fire you up as much as a PR on the platform, this is your role.

Responsibilities

• The floor: coaching group sessions and 1:1 personal training every week, setting the energy, the standard, and the culture.
• The members: know them by name, goal, and journey, lead graduation check-ins and family walkthroughs.
