Maple Prime Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Head Chef to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced restaurant. This full-time role offers the opportunity to create exceptional dining experiences and contribute to the success of our establishments.

You will oversee all culinary operations, mentor staff, ensure food safety, develop menus, and manage costs. The ideal candidate has at least five years as head chef and a proven portfolio of menu creativity and leadership.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Head Chef or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
• Knowledge of menu development and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage daily menus in collaboration with the management team.
• Supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.

• Source and procure high-quality ingredients to support menu offerings.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their culinary skills.
