Hutchinson Consulting is assisting a luxury Colorado mountain resort in recruiting a Chef de Cuisine to head a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen. You will lead a culinary team of seven in a high-end restaurant serving up to 230 covers and contribute to a thrilling relaunch of a fine dining concept.

The role demands mastery of culinary techniques, menu development, cost control, and team leadership with a commitment to James Beard level quality, reporting to the Executive Chef.
