Naked Farmer in Tennessee is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our scratch-based kitchen and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm. You will help share the story behind our seasonal menus, source locally, and ensure every plate reflects our commitment to real, good food.

As a part of a growing farm-to-table team, you will learn from skilled cooks, support efficient service, and contribute to a vibrant, guest-centered dining experience. Training and advancement are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting seasonality and origin of ingredients, delivering meals that delight guests.
• Learn about regional produce and preparation methods from our team of chefs.
• Deliver hospitality that makes guests feel valued, managing dining spaces, to-go orders, and deliveries.
• Engage with diners proactively, anticipating needs and making visits memorable.
• Serve as a storyteller for our seasonal selections and local farm partners.
• Manage tasks and stay active in the kitchen; lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Uphold health department food safety standards and Naked Farmer policies.
• End each day with a sense of accomplishment contributing to a sustainable food system.
