Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Georgia is seeking a Chef to oversee both dining room and kitchen operations. The role requires directing shifts, coaching managers and staff, and ensuring food quality, service standards, safety and sanitation across the restaurant.

The candidate will manage budgets, forecasts and staffing levels while maintaining guest satisfaction and high standards. Strong leadership and guest service focus are essential for delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members in the industry.
• Exceptional guest service focus with the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all dining room and kitchen systems and operation; run effective shifts in all aspects of the restaurant.
• Provide direction, coaching, training and development for associates and managers on food quality, service standards, safety and sanitation.
• Ensure consistent execution of systems, standards and cost controls.
• Communicate goals to General Manager and Local Owner on a regular basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and supply levels; oversee BOH schedules and inventories; manage budgets and forecasts.
