Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service according to Lowe's policies.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating and loading merchandise.
• Operates cash register and processes sales transactions, returns and refunds.
• Provides product information, price checks and price matching where applicable.
• Maintains store cleanliness and ensures safety and security standards.
• Gathers and reports suspicious behaviors to management as needed.
