Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.
• Experience using computers and basic retail technology.
• Retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's policies, procedures and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating and loading merchandise when needed.
• Processes sales transactions, returns and refunds according to company guidelines.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety standards and supports front-end operations.
