Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Respond to customer questions and guide them to product areas as needed.
• Explain stock, special orders, features, warranties related to Lowe’s programs.
• Coach and train associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions and returns at the register per guidelines.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in assigned area.
