Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions and guides customers through projects when needed.
• Operates cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds per company guidelines.
• Ensures safe and efficient checkout by maintaining register area and stocking supplies.
• Monitors price matches and provides accurate product information to customers.
• Maintains store appearance and contributes to a clean, organized work area.
