Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer and common retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Operates cash register and processes sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Looks up product information and price match opportunities for customers.
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and proper stock levels.
• Prepares register area and supports checkout efficiency during shifts.
