Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• Less than 1 year computer experience, entering data and using common retail tech.
• 1 year retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Operate cash register and process sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Identify signs of shoplifting and communicate findings to management/Asset Protection.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards and support zone recovery and safety checks.
