Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Engage customers to understand needs and assist in locating and loading merchandise.
• Respond to customer and employee questions and guide through projects in-store.
• Inform customers about stock, special orders, features, applications, and warranties.
• Coach and train associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
