Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Answer customer questions and guide them to solutions in-store.
• Process sales transactions, returns and refunds per guidelines.
• Train and coach associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Price match and verify product information and warranties.
