Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Less than 1 year experience using a computer.
• Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• 1 year retail cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, loading merchandise.
• Respond knowledgeably to questions and guide customers through projects when needed.
• Communicate stock, special orders, features, warranties related to Lowe's programs.
