Responsibilities

• Uses a cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds per company guidelines; provides proper change.
• Maintains store area and assists customers; helps with security and loss prevention awareness as needed.
• Arranges and loads customer orders, prints tickets, verifies receipts, and signs loading tickets.
• Takes and relays product information, price matches, and stock/assortment details to customers.
• Trains and coaches associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
