Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Some experience with computer use and basic retail tech is expected.
• Retail cashier experience of 1 year is preferred.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if legally required.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions knowledgeably and guide customers through projects in-store.
• Communicate stock, program, warranty information to customers.
