Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Bristol, VA is seeking a customer service–oriented Associate to join our front end team. You will assist customers, demonstrate products, operate the cash register, and process transactions accurately.

The role requires basic high school education and cashier experience, with familiarity in retail technology. You’ll help maintain store cleanliness, stock information, and support loading merchandise while upholding Lowe’s policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating a cash register and POS system.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Operates cash register and processes sales, returns, and refunds.
• Prices match and communicates product information, warranties, and benefits.
• Maintains store cleanliness and secures safety in work areas.
• Triages checkout flow, opens additional registers when needed, and stocks supplies.
