Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Bloomfield, CT to provide SMART service and assist customers with locating and loading merchandise. You will guide customers through projects and respond promptly to questions while upholding Lowe’s policies.

The role includes cashier responsibilities, stock management, and supporting checkout efficiency. Eligible associates receive competitive benefits and training opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds to customer and employee questions and guides them through projects when necessary.
• Communicates information on stock, special order merchandise, benefits, and warranty information.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties or sales opportunities.
