Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

• Provides SMART customer service at all times
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Listsens to and responds to customer and employee questions and guides them through projects when necessary
• Communicates information regarding stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties or sales opportunities
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds per company guidelines
• Monitors cash in drawer and cash recycler to ensure limits are not exceeded
• Ensures safety and housekeeping standards are followed in store areas
