Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds to questions and guides customers through projects.
• Communicates stock, special orders, and warranty information to customers.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds on the POS system.
• Verifies receipts and loading tickets, and ensures accurate cash handling.
• Inspects returned merchandise for damages and maintains store cleanliness.
• Looks up product information and price matches competitors when needed.
• Maintains store area and safety standards; may operate various store equipment.
