Lowe's in Fort Worth is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will listen, guide shopping, and ensure an enjoyable store experience.

In this role you may stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and participate in cross-training across departments. A friendly, customer-focused attitude and basic computer skills are valued, with opportunities to grow through Lowe's benefits and training

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including inputting, accessing, modifying data.
• 6 months using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods as required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department materials (e.g., paint, pipes, wood) per needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and other duties as assigned.

Connaissances

6 Months Experience using a computer

6 Months Experience using retail tech

Reading, writing, arithmetic

Prolonged standing/sitting capability

Ability to lift 25 lbs
