Job summary

RB Global, through its IAA network, is seeking a Branch Manager for a high volume auction branch designated Top 20 in Canada. You will oversee overall performance and operations, ensure profitability, sales and customer service, and mentor local staff to drive engagement and safety.

This role requires 3–4 years of operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel about 20%. You will coordinate with staff at all levels, implement efficient procedures, and help grow the branch

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong operations background with proven results.
• Excellent customer relations skills and ability to lead multiple levels of staff.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge of insurance, automobile, or parts industries is helpful.
• Typical business office environment; ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance and operation of assigned branch locations; manage planning process.
• Monitor and maintain current branch/service center positions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff; oversee onboarding and career development.
• Develop and implement new internal procedures to improve efficiencies.
• Ensure branch meets or exceeds profitability, sales, and customer service targets.
• Market the branch within approved expense budgets.
• Lead performance management and development processes across staff.
• Handle personnel issues including hiring and terminations.
• Develop business and branch growth; update regional management on P&L.
