RB Global Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our WA area auction branch. You will drive profitability, sales, and customer service while mentoring local staff and ensuring a safe, positive work environment.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operations experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across a busy facility. Travel and outdoor work are part of the job, with a focus on achieving branch growth and high service standards.

Formación

• 3-4 years' experience in operations management or related field.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to manage multiple levels of employees.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall performance and operation of assigned auction branch locations; manage planning process.
• Monitor and maintain branch/service center staffing and positions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including onboarding and career development planning.
