You will mentor staff, coordinate game day operations, ensure compliance with governing bodies, and promote spiritual formation alongside athletic development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years coaching experience.
• Must be Christ-following and uphold school faith values.
• Biblical integration in athletics encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a culture that prioritizes whole-person formation and christ-like character.
• Ensure compliance with TAPPS, CAPPS, and school policies; oversee safety policies.
• Develop and implement player development, offseason plans, and game strategies.
