The Role:

As Head Bartender, you’ll lead the bar offering acrossKioku Restaurant and theKioku Sake Bar—a stunning ground-floor space inspired by Japan’s legendary listening bars. Here, drinks and music intertwine to shape the mood, and our guests are part of the experience, choosing their own soundtrack as they sip.

Alongside world-class sake list, our beverage team has crafted a menu of elegant, Japanese-inspired cocktails. From pre-dinner drinks to rooftop celebrations and private events, our bar offering is a central part of the Kioku journey.
