Description

What You’ll Do:

The Barback is an entry-level position ideal for gaining experience in the bar industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining stock of ice, juice, liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Cutting and stocking garnishes for drinks.
  • Ensuring the bar area is clean and organized.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous bartending experience is a plus but not necessary. Must be able to think quickly and perform well under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
