Training, Sales, or Beverage manager.

High volume bar, high attention to detail. Training new staff, organizing production. Experience with all classic cocktails in addition to on-menu craft cocktails. Working knowledge of an array of tequilas, Spanish/Latin American wines, ciders, sherries, and cordials.

Lead server. Top seller. Extensive experience serving PPX guests, both industry and celebrities. Proficient in serving large parties 20+ and also training new staff.
